Sized for a child or youth, this Hobbit style half circle cloak is made from a fawn colored wool blend suiting and sports buttons as way of closure.  Your outfit’s front will be visible while your shoulders and back have the warmth of a second layer.
When buttoned, this cloak will fit like an 18″ neck cloak would fit.
